About the role

An established civil litigation defense firm is seeking a senior trial attorney to serve as first-chair trial counsel in civil jury trials from its Orange County office. This role is for a lawyer whose practice centers on trying cases to juries.

Requirements

  • 15 or more years of California litigation practice; about 15 to 20 years preferred
  • At least five first-chair jury trials
  • Personal injury jury trial experience
  • Plaintiff-side, defense-side, or mixed trial backgrounds are all welcome

Compensation and schedule

  • Base salary of $225,000 to $275,000, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Monthly and year-end bonuses in addition to base salary
  • Hybrid arrangements may be considered
